Dear Mr. Carter:
This is in response to your letter dated March 9,1982, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, a report or document containing the number of deaths, accidents or personal injuries suffered by any person as a result of atomic radiation from any nuclear power plant.
The NRC has no such report identifying the above information. We are, however, enclosing a printout of events involving injuries from 1969 to the present.
