Dear Mr. Griffin:
Please refer to our letter dated March 31, 1982 regarding export license application XSNM01941.
Upon subsequent review of the application and the transmittal letter we noted that an intemediate consignee, Japan Nuclear Fuel Conversion Company, Ltd., is referred to in the letter, but does not appear on the application.
The applicant has confirmed that Japan Nuclear Fuel Conversion Company, Ltd. will be performing conversion serviceson a portion of the material.
Therefore, we have added them to the application as an intermediate consignee; we would appreciate it if yoe would notify the Embassy of Japan of this change in order that their assurance letter will include them as an authorized person.
