I have reviewed your Appendix C Statement of Cost for the period September 1, 1979 through August 31, 1980. Costs under this contract as determined by the Contracting Officer and final payments to date are as follows:

77,230.42 Voucher #4-FINAL 10% Out-standing 4,256.00 Balance Remaining 6,328.58 Based on this information, the amount of $6,328.58 remains to be deobligate in order that out books will be in agreement.
