Dear Sir:
This letter provides revision 5 to the Vermont Yankee Physical Security Plan which makes one change as requested by the NRC in References (b) and (c) and further explained in Attachment A.
We have determined that the change made by this revision does not result in a decrease of the effectiveness of the plan and therefore it is forwarded for your information and use.
The Security Plan and Attachment A are considered Safeguards Information and shall be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10CFR73.21.
Included with each copy of the change are a Document Custody Form and a -
Change Transmittal Form. Please insure that the forms are completed and re-turned to us as required by Section 13.8 of the plan. We have not received the change transmittal forms for Revision 1 to copies 3, 3b, 3c, and 3d, Revision 2 to copies 3, 3b, 3c, and 3d or Revision 3 to copies 3, 3b, 3c, and 3d of the plan which were sent. to you on or about July 30, 1980, February 4,-1981, and July 16, 1981. Your action on this matter would be appreciated.
