Security Plan-Docket #50-286 Report in accordance with 10CFR-50.54 (P)
Dear Mr. Varga:
In accordance with the provisions of 10CFR-50.54 (P) this report is presented to inform you of changes in the subject security plan which do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan.
Specific details concerning the changes are contained in the enclosures A and revised pages of the security plan.
The enclosures (5 sets) are identified as Safeguards Information and proprietary information pursuant to the provisions of 10CFR-73.21 and 10CFR-2. 790 (d) (1).
It is requested that upon receipt of this correspondence you inventory the contents and return enclosure #2 to the Power Authority's Director of Security Mr. William F. Harrington Very truly yours,
