Areas Inspected:
Included review of preoperational status of physical
security program, compliance with interim security plan for fuel storage and

fuel material control / accountability procedures and practices.
The inspection involved 68 inspector hours by 2 NRC inspectors.
The
inspection was begun during a regular shift period; 4 inspection hours were
accomplished during offshift periods.
Results:
The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements
within the 3 areas examined during the inspection except for the following
