CONSUMERS POWER COMPANY (Big Rock Point Plant)

April 30, 1982 EXTENSION OF TIME Consumers Power Company (applicant) requested, on April 29, 1982, that it be granted an extension of time from May 7 to May 21,1982, for the purpose of submitting the supplementary testimony of Cc.onel Gary P.

Betourne, USAF.

Applicant explains that the extension is necessary because Colonel Betourne is currently tied up on high priority defense analysis.

Applicant also assures us that the Commission's staff

counsel, Christa-Maria and John O'Neill have no objection to the grant of this extension.

Consequently, in consideration of the entire record, it is ORDERED:

That Consumers Power Company may file the supplementary testimony of Colonel Gary P. Betourne, USAF, by May 21, 1982.
