D. W. Warembourg to K. Seyfrit (P-81229)

Dear Mr. Collins:

This letter is to inform you that the improvements to the Emergency Response Facility at the Forward Command Post in Ft. Lupton, Colorado are complete.

The structural improvements and the installation of additional telephone circuits was completed in January, 1982.

The development of a plant radiological status board was completed and the status board is presently available at the Forward Command Post.

PSC is not aware of the status of the NRC's ENS and H.P. telephone c'rcuit installation schedule. We have provided telephone jacks for these circuits which can be installed whenever the Commission is ready for the installation.

If you have any further questions concerning this matter, please contact this office.

Very truly yours, h 7YWwd Don W. Warembourg Manager, Nuclear Production Fort St. Vrain Nuclear Generating Station DWW/skd 8205040%o b
