On February 23 1982, LILCO served interrogatories on S Suf folk County pertaining to contentions submitted by both parties.
In SOC's response to those interrogatories, dated March
- 18, 1982, SOC indicated that answers to LILCO interrogatories Nos.
43 through 50 would be submitted upon receipt of discovery responses anticipated to be filed by LILCO.
On April 20, 1982, further answers by LILCO to the interroga>;ories in question were received.
Accordingly, SOC submits answers to LILCO interrogatories 43-50 as follows:
