CONTENTIONS WHICH PETITIONER SEEKS TO HAVE LITIGATED" FILED BY THE SOCIETY FOR THE PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT OF SOUTHEASTERN NEW HAMPSHIRE 1.
On March 12, 1982 this Board issued a special pre-hearing conference order (Order).
Inter alla the Order re-quired the filing of amendments to the petitions to intervene (including contentions) on April 6, 1982 and the filing of responses thereto by the Applicants on or before April 21, 1982.

On April 23, 1982 the Applicants received from The Society for the Protection of the Environment of Southern New Hampshire (the Society) a document entitled " Supplement to Petition to Intervene Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. S 2. 714 (b)
