MOTION OF THE APPLICANTS TO RESPOND LATE TO THE NECNP SUPPLEMENTAL PETITION FOR LEAVE TO INTERVENE 1.
On March 12, 1982 this Board issued a special pre-hearing conference order (Order).
Inter alla the Order re-quired the filing of amendments to the petitions to intervene (including contentions) on April 6, 1982 and the filing of responses thereto by the Applicants on or before April 21, 1982.
2.
On April 22, 1982 the Applicants received from The New England Coalition on Nuclear Pollution ("NECNP") a Supplemental Petition for Leave to Intervene.
Obviously response thereto by April 21, 1982 was impossible.
