MOTION OF THE APPLICANTS TO RESPOND LATE TO THE " SUPPLEMENT TO THE PETITION FOR LEAVE TO INTERVENE AND FURTHER STATEMENT OF CONTENTIONS 4
ON BEHALF OF THE SEACOAST ANTI-POLLUTION LEAGUE" 1.
On March 12, 1982 this Board issued a special pre-hearing conference order (Order).
Inter alla the Order re-quired the filing of amendments to the petitionsto intervene (including contentions) on April 6, 1982 and the filing of responses thereto by the Applicants on or before April 21, 1982.

On April 22, 1982 the Applicants received from Sea-coast Anti-Pollution League (SAPL) a document entitled "Sup-plement to the Petition for Leave to Intervene and Further Statement of Contentions on Behalf of the Seacoast Anti-Pollu-tion League".
Obviously response thereto by April 21, 1982 was impossible.
