Dear Administrative Judges:
We have enclosed Consumers Power Company's Response to Intervenor Barbara Stamiris Proposed Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law for Partial Decision on Quality Assurance and Management Attitude Issues in the above captioned case.
These proposed findings address trhe quality assurance and management attitude issues raised by the December 6, 1979 Order Modifying Construction Permits and related Contentions of Intervenor Barbara Stamiris.
Consumers Power Company, Intervenors Barbara Stamiris and Wendell Marshall and the Staff of the NRC presented evidence concerning r
management attitude and quality assurance at hearings held in Midland, Michigan on July 7 through 17, August 4 through 13, and October 13 through 16, 1981.
