RESPONSE TO PREHEARING CONFERENCE ORDER REGARDING DEFERRAL OF TESTIMONY TO JUNE 22, 1982 -

In its Prehearing Conference Order, dated April 20, 1982, the Board directed the parties to confer and agree upon which testimony can be deferred until June 22, 1982. The NRC Staff, Suffolk County, and SOC agree that submittal of testimony on the following issues should be deferred until June 22:
