Remove the Corporate Command Center (CCC) and Emergency Operating Facility (EOF) Emergency Plan Implementing Procedures Table of Contents Page 1, 2, and 3, dated January 6, 1982 and destroy.

B.

Insert new Table of Contents page 1, 2, and 3 dated March 23, 1982.

C.

Remove and destroy old procedure EOF-3, dated September 1981, Revision 2.

D.

Insert new procedure EOF-3, dated January 1982, Revision 3.

E.
