I have reviewed your Appendix C Statement of Costs for the periods 6/1/77 through 5/31/79 and 6/1/79 through 12/31/81. Costs under this contract as determined by the Contracting Officer and final payments to date are as follows:

128,067.00 Voucher #1-Outstanding 5,870.21 Balance Remaining 129.79 Based on this information, the amount of $129.79 remains to be deobligated in order that our books will be in agreement.
