Dear Mr. Denton,
The Coalition For Safe Power filed, on November 30,1981, a Show Cause Petition (pursuant to 10 CFR 2.206) concerning false statements made by the Washington Public Power Supply System (WPPSS) in a request for extension of construction complotion date for WNP-14 Subsequently, on January 5,1982, we received from your office a letter that stated notice of the Coalition petition would be published in the Federal Register.
As of this date we have heard nothing further from you or your office and a check of the Federal Register by our staff proved fruitless in -
finding the Coalition petition noticed. This search included all of January and February. Your letter also stated that action would be taken -
on the petition within a " reasonable time."
The situation described above coupled with the fact that three and one half months have passed since we filed the petition leads us to the conclusion that perhaps Therefore, I would apprN.our petition eate it if youiscould not receixing inform meproper attention.
