Dear Mr. Mcdonald:
As discussed with Mr. Williams of your staff on April 2, 1982, TVA intends to pursue the reinstatement of the Type B Certificate of Capliance No. 6568 by submission of a consolidated application. We plan to subnit the information requested by your letter to me dated March 5,1982, before Decernber 1,1982.
In the interim, TVA requests a Type A certification for TVA cask, Certificate of Canpliance No. 6568. 'Ibe Browns Ferry Safety Analysis Report is current and provides the appropriate safety analyses.
We would appreciate your innediate attention to this matter.
