Dairyland Power Cooperative (DPC) hereby requests to be rigistered as a user of the following Radioactive Materials Packages under the general license provisions of Paragraph 71.12(b) of 10 CFR, Part 71, as required by Subparagraph 71.12 (b) (1) (iii).
DPC operates the La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor (LACBWR) under Nuclear Regulatory Commission Provisional Operating License No. DPR-45.
Cask Owner Model Certificate No.
GE GE-1600 9044 GE GE-600 5980 The certificates of compliance for these packages have been issued to the General Electric Company.
