5 I'll ask the Secretary to walk us through the items 6 listed on the agenda.

7 MR. CHILKs Mr. Chairman, the first one is 8 SECY 82-101.

It's a final rule on amendment to 10 CFR 9 50.54(r), modification of requirement for submittal of 10 emergency plans by research and test reactor licensees.

11 the Commission is being asked to approve this 12 final rule which modifies certain dates and associated 13 power levels.

All of you have approved the final rule.

SECY 82-102, advanced notice of 17 proposed rulemaking on certification of industrial 18 radiographers, where the Commission is being asked to 19 approve for publication advanced notice of a proposed 20 rulemaking.

6 The Chairman, Commissioner Ahearne and 7 Commissioner Roberts have voted to approve the order.

8 Commissioner Gilinsky has voted to disapprove it.

9 Chairman Ahearne has certain questions of the OGC wh1ch to will be bandled apart from this.
