Dear Mr. Campbell:
We have reviewed the !! arch 1982 final Remedial Action Concept Paper (RACP) for the Durango, CO. UMTRAP processing site and associated vicinity properties as provided by your itarch 12, 1982 letter. By this letter, we are providing NRC concurrence in that final RACP contingent on making one final revision to its Sec. 4.2, "flRC Licensing", on p.6.
The fevision is as follows:
1.
Delete the list of five flRC technical criteria 2.
Revisedthe last sentence of the paragraph preceeding the list of technical criterialto read "Though they will not be applied by the NRC to the inactive sites, the NRC technical criteria embody considerations that are relevant to the evaluation of remedial action alternatives for an UtlTRCA Title I inactive site."
