Whereas the audited and approved final rates for FY 1980 are:

- I.E Therefore, Article IV, paragraphs A.1 and A.2, of this contract are modified to incorporate the above approved final indirect rates for FY 1980.

The final rates for FY 1981 have not yet been determined.

This modification also corrects an administrative error in the base on which the indirect overhead costs shall be reimbursed. Article IV, paragraph A1, lines 2 and 3, delete:
