Subject:

Emergency Plan and Torus Temperature Limit Review Fees Cooper Nuclear Station NRC Docket No. 50-298, DPR-46

Dear Ms. Diggs:

Your letter of April 8, 1982 requested that the District submit an additional sum of $2,800 for the completed review of the Maximum Sup-pression Pool Temperature Limit Technical Specification change.

Since the License Fee Management Branch will undoubtedly refund the $4,000 Class III fee-defined in Reference 1, the District requests that only

$1,200 be refunded for the review of the Emergency Plan (which was never performed) and that the remaining $2,800 be applied to the Class III fee for the Maximum Suppression Pool Temperature Limit Technical Specification change.

I trust that this final resolution of this four year old issue will be acceptable.

Sincerely, M
