The above numbered contract is modified as set forth below:

1.

Article II, Statement of Work, Paragraph C.2., the fourth sentence, commencing "no clipping shall arrive at the NRC..." is deleted in its entirety. The following is substituted in lieu thereof.

"No clipping shall arrive at the NRC later than twenty (20) days following publication of the article, with the single exception that, where the twentieth day following publication of such articles falls on a Federal Government holiday, such clippings may arrive up to twenty-one (21) days following their publication."

2.

The above change is accomplished at no additional cost to the Government.

3.

All other terms and conditions of thfs contract remain unchanged.
