This is in regard to your letter dated April 1,1982 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, a list of the bidders and the winning proposal under contradt NRC-04-81-201.
You asked that we notify you in writing in the event this was not a competitive procurement.
This confirms the message Linda Robinson left on your telephone answering device on April 16, 1982.
This was a sole source, not competitive, procurement following submission to NRC of an unsolicited proposal by Control Data Corporation.
Inasmuch as you have not responded to Ms. Robinson's telephone messages, we have assumed that you have no further interest in this matter and have closed our file on your request.
