3.17 RIACT03 BUILDING AIR TDGEZATURE Applicability This specification applies to the average air te=perature of the primary contain=ent during power operations.
Objective To assure that the te=peratures assumed in the structural analysis of the Reactor Building are not exceeded.
Specification 3.17.1 Pri=ary contain=ent average air te=perature above Elev. 320 shall not exceed 1300F and average air te=perature belov Elev. 320 shall not exceed 1200F.
3.17.2 If, while the reactor is critical, the above stated temperature limits are exceeded, the average te=perature shall be reduced to the above limits within 8 hours9.259259e-5 days
0.00222 hours
1.322751e-5 weeks
3.044e-6 months
, or be in at least HOT STANDBY vithin the next six (6) hours and in COLD Sh"CDOWN vithin the following thirty (30) hours.
