SUMMARY
OF MARCH 31, 1982 MEETING On March 31, 1982, at the request of Mr. Denton, Director of the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, representatives of the Commonwealth Edison Company and Sargent and Lundy met with Mr. Denton and other members of the NRC staff to present information on allegations transmitted in a 2.206 Petition submitted by the Attorney General, State of Illinois, dated March 24, 1982 In addition, Ms. Judith S. Goodie, Esq., a repre-sentative of the Attorney General, State of Illinois was present. A list of attendees is provided in Attachment 1.
A verbatim transcript was taken of that meeting and is provided in This attachment also includes the handouts as a result of Commonwealth Edison's presentation except for Commonwealth Edison's procedures for performing drilling as described in one of the allegations and a voluminous set of drawings identifying rebar impact. The procedures are provided in Attachment 3 and the set of drawings are on file with the project manager. The blue-print copy of the drawings provided at the meeting are not readily reproducible; however these drawings are on file at the applicant's facility and engineering office.
