This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by Mr. J. J. Blake of this
cffice on February 23-26, 1992, of activit,ies authosized by NRC Operating License
Nos. DPR-31 and DPR-41 for the Turkey Point facility and to the discussion of our
findings held with Mr. H. E.
Yaeger, Site Manager, at the conclusion of the
inspection.
Areas examined during the inspection and our findings are discussed in the
enclosed inspection report.
Within these areas, the inspection consisted of
selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with
nersonnel, and observations by the inspector
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations or deviations were disclosed.
We have examined actions you have taken with regard to previously identified
enforcement matters. These are discussed in the enclosed inspection report.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a), a copy of this letter and the enclosure will
be placed in the NRC's Public Document Roon unless you notify this of fice, by
teiapnone, within ten days of the date of this letter and submit written
application to withhold infornation contained therein within thirty days of the
date of this letter. Such application must be consistent'with the requi rer en t s
of 2.790(b)(1).
