By letter dated March 18, 1982 (SNRC-683), Long Island Lighting Company submitted our Nuclear Liability Insurance (Facility Form) Policy Declaration, NF-269, to provide confirmation that the Facility Form coverage is in force.
This declaration re-forenced endorsements number one thru five.
Enclosed herewith are eight certified copies ( 2 originals and 6 copies) of Endorsement No. 6 to this policy.
