PETITION OF Tile MASSACliUSETTS ATTORNEY GENERAL TO INTERVENE IN PROCEEDING FOR MODIFICATION OF PILGRIM STATION OPERATING LICENSE Now come the members of the BOARD OF SELECTMEN of the '

TOWN OF DUXBURY, a Municipal corporation located in Plymouth County, Massachusetts, the chief executive officers of said Town, and request that the referenced petition of the Attorney Gener*al of the Commonwealth of Massachus'etts to l INTERVENE be alloweds In support of their request, the Selectmen say that their Town is contiguous to Plymouth, Massachusetts, the site of said Nuclear Power Station, and said Town and its citizens will be immediately jeopardized if said Nuclear facility is not properly and correctly managed, operated under the License issued by the Nuclear Regulatory Agency.
