NRC STAFF NOTIFICATION OF ITS INTENT NOT TO FILE RESPONSES TO UCS/NYPIRG MOTIONS DATED MARCH 22, 1982 In accordance with this Board's Menorandun and Order of January 11, 1982, the NRC Staff hereby notifies the Board that it does not intend to respond to two pleadings filed in this proceeding on March 22, 1982 by UCS/NYPIRG.
