Article V - Consideration and Payment, Paragraph A., Consideration, the following change is made:
Subparagraph 3. is deleted in its entirety and the following new Subparagraph 3. is substituted in lieu thereof:
"The amount obligated by the Commission in this Modification No. 2

The total amount obligated under this cooperative agreement since its inception is $11,100.00."
