This is in response to your letter of January 12, 1982, which was forwarded from the NRC's Region III offices and received in our office on January 20, 1982, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, copies of all documents pertaining to the licensing activities of l
Commonwealth Edison in the State of Illinois.
In a subsequent telephone conversation on January 26, you narrowed your request to an index which l
would identify operating licenses and/or amendments pertaining to the i
possession, shipping, receiving, and storing of nuclear fuels at facilities L,
licensed by Commonwealth Edison.
Appendix A contains a reference list, by nuclear facility and docket number, of the 24 documents which would pertain to your request.
We have contacted Ms. Pearl Smidth at the Region III offices regarding your request, so that she may anticipate your making arrangements to review these documents.
