Dear Mr. Todd:
This is in response to your letter dated January 21, 1982 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, a computer tape containing specified information on NRC licensees.
This confirms the information relayed during the telephone conversation between you and Linda Robinson on February 9, 1982.
The requested computer tape (No. 51966) is being mailed to you under separate cover.
This tape contains 8,925 records representing all
" active" and " active-pending renewal" licenses as of February 16, 1982.
The format of the tape is exactly as specified in your request.
Unfortunately, the name of the radiation safety officer is not part of our master file and could not be provided.
If you have any questions concerning this tape, you may call John E. Burton, Acting Chief, ADP Management Systems Branch, (301)492-8304.
You will be billed in the amount of $15,00 by the NRC Office of the Controller for the cost of the tape.
