- 12. OtSCRsFTION Of AMINDMENT/MODirlCATION Due to delays caused by protracted internal discussions between the, Contractor and NRC staff regarding the ongoing environmental assessment, and as the Government will benefit by the completion of the contract effort, this contract is hereby modified as follows:
1.
Under Article II - Period of Performance, delete the date " January 31, 1982" and substitute the date " April 30, 1982" in lieu thereof.

2.
Under the " Accounting and Appropriation Data" delete " FIN No. B-7319-1" in its entirety and substitute " FIN No. B-7332-1" in lieu thereof.
The above changes are accomplished at no additional cost to either party.
