The purpose of this letter is to provide updates to the Owners, Officers, Directors and Executive Personnel (OODEP) forms for Centrus Energy Corp. (Centrus), United States Enrichment Corporation, American Centrifuge Operating, LLC, American Centrifuge Holdings, LLC, and American Centrifuge Enrichment, LLC. The updated OODEP forms for Centrus, United States Enrichment Corporation, American Centrifuge Operating, LLC, American Centrifuge Holdings, LLC, and American Centrifuge Enrichment, LLC, are provided as Enclosures 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, respectively. The documents have been executed by an individual shown on the OODEP Form.
In accordance with the instructions for NRC Form 405F, Enclosure 1 also provides copies of Securities and Exchange Commission Schedules 13D and 13G filed by the beneficial owners holding 5 percent or more of Centrus securities.
Centrus requests that the information contained in the Enclosures be withheld from public disclosure. 10 Code of Federal Regulations 2.390(a)(6) and 9. l 7(a)(6) state that personnel and medical files and similar files, the disclosure of which would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy, are exempt from public disclosure.
The Enclosures contain personal information of this nature.
