Thank you for your letters of February 23, and March 17, 1982, in response to our letter dated February 17, 1982, with an enclosure. We have no further questions at this time. We will review your corrective action during a future inspection.
As discussed with you by telephone on Harch 4, 1982, the issue date of the 10 CFR Part 21 regulations that were posted in your facilities at the time of the flRC inspection was November 9, 1979, as you indicated in your February 23, 1982, letter and not June 6,1977, as stated in our inspec-tion report and accompanying Notice of Violation (Item A). Our inspec-tor's field notes confinn the November 9,1979, date. A copy of this letter together with your letter of February 23, 1982, will be placed in the Public Document Room with the inspection report to correct the error.
Data input to the NUREG 0040 publication will show the flovember 9,1979, date.
