Your letter of February 18, 1982, forwarded a Safety Evaluation accepting our proposed design for degraded grid voltage protection.
Your letter also requested that we submit revised Technical Specifications within forty-five days to reflect changes that have been made in our design since our previous submittal in March, 1980.
Our proposed Technical Specification application is presently being reviewed by the Plant Operations Review Committee and then will be forwarded to the Operations and Safety Review Committee.
In order to provide adequate review time and to make any changes that may be necessary, we will require additional time to submit our proposed Technical Specifications.
We will provide our amended Application by May 7, 1982.
