Thank you for your letter of March 24, 1982, in response to our letter of February 26, 1982. As a result of the discussion with your Mr. Pat G. McQuillan during a telephone call on March 31, 1982, we understand that:
In regard to finding C, Limitorque will establish a tolerance for RPM testing; Limitorque will revise its QA Manual to include the requirement that inspection procedures identify accept / reject criteria; and these items will be completed by April 30, 1982.
We have no further questions at this time and will review your corrective action and preventive measures during a future inspection.
