CONSUMERS POWER COMPANY (Big Rock Point Plant)
April 8, 1982 ISSUANCE OF A SUBP0ENA Upon consideration of Consumer Power Company's Appliction for Hearing Subpoena, dated April 8,1982, the motion is granted.
We consider the requested testimony to be relevant and important and have decided to issue the subpoena, for service by Isham, Lincoln and Beale, as requested.
However we consider the traditional form of subpoena unduly harsh in tone.
We therefore wish to explain that it is our duty to ask i
Colonel Gary P. Betourne, USAF, to testify before us but that we appreciate his cooperation and the cooperation of the United States Air Force in offer-ing his testimony to us.
If there are any objections to the subpoena, they may be filed with us for our consideration.
ORDERED:
That the requested subpoena is issued for servide on Colonel Gary P.
Betourne, USAF, but that it should be served together with this explanatory memorandum.
