Subparagraph 3. is deleted in its entirety and the following new subparagraph 3. is substituted in lieu thereof:

"The amount obligated by the Commission in this Modification No. 2 is $2,400.00 The total amount obligated under this Cooperative Agreement since its inception is increased by
