10 CFR 20.101(b) " Exposure of individuals to radiation in restricted areas", requires you to limit the whole body exposure of an individual in a restricted area to 3 rems during any calendar quarter.
Contrary to this requirement, one individual received a whole body exposure of 3.710 rems during the third quarter of 1973, and two individuals roccived whole body exposures of 3.730 rems and 3.050 rems, respectively, during the fourth quarter of 1973.
We note that these were reported in your letters to the Directorate of Regulatory Operations dated November 23, 1973, December 13, 1973 and February 14, 1974. We note that this is a recurring item in that three other employees have been'similarly exposed during calendar year 1973, as reported in your letters of September 14, 1973 and June 18, 1973.

10 CFR 20.101(a) requires you to limit the whole body exposure of an individual to 1.25 rems during any calendar quarter, unless certain other requirements are met.
Contrary to this requirement, one individual, 18 years of age, received a whole body exposure of 2.190 rems during the fourth quarter of 1973.
We note that this was reported in your letter to the Directorate of Regulatory Operations dated December 18, 1973.
We note that this is a. recurring item in that another 18 year old individual was similarly exposed during Calendar Year 1972 as reported in your letter of November 22, 1972.
