LCF FNMCP Sections 3.2, 3.2, Changes are being made to the organizational structure for both the American 3.3; ACP FNMCP Sections 3.1, Centrifuge Lead Cascade Facility (Lead Cascade) and American Centrifuge 3.2.1, 3.2.1.2, 3.2.3, 3.2.4, 4.3, Plant (ACP) to align with the current operating philosophy coming out of the 6.1, 8.6, 9.1, 10.0, 10.2, 12.0, and decommissioning phase of the Lead Cascade and into the implementation phase Figure 3-1; LCF/ACP Security of the U.S. Department of Energy's (DOE) HALEU Demonstration Program Program Chapter I, Section 1.2, initiative to re-align with the decommissioning phase of the project.

ACP EP Sections 4.1, 4.2.1, 6.1.2, On May 31, 2019, American Centrifuge Operating, LLC (ACO) and the DOE 7.3; LCF/ACP QAPD Sections entered into a letter contract and on October 31, 2019 entered a definitized 1.0, I.I, 1.2, 20.0, Figure I.I-I contract on a demonstration program for HALEU. ACO established a lean and 1.1-2 organization structure spanning across company lines in Piketon, Ohio and Oak Ridge, Tennessee to support the needs through the end of this three-year contract ending on May 31, 2022 and establishing an organization that can take the company into future business ventures through the end point of commercial plant operations.
