50-328 In accordance with 10 CFR Part 50.59, we are enclosing 40 copies of a requested amendment to operating license DPR-77 to change the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant unit 1 technical specifications (Enclosure 1). The proposed amendment requests a change in surveillance requirements for snubbers (4.7.9.a).
The justification to support the proposed change is also provided (Enclosure 2).
In accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR Part 170.22, we have determined the proposed amendment to be Class II for unit 1.
This classification is based on the fact that the amendment is administrative in nature. The remittance fee of $1200 is being wired to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Attention: Licensing Fee Management Branch.
