Enclosed are Suffolk County's Motion for Order Compelling LILCO to Produce Documents, and Suffolk County's Motion to Compel Answers to Interrogatories.
We would like to include these Motions on the agenda for tomorrow's conference call.
Copies are being telecopied to LILCO's counsel today.
Af ter the Motion relating to document production was finalized, we were informed by LILCO's counsel that the. draf t reports by Reinhart Associates, Inc. and Nuclear Energy Services, Inc., as well as the TEC drawings, are being made available to Suffolk County.
Accordingly, Sections B and C of that Motion can be disregarded.
