Mr. Mike Kaltman U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission AR 5200 5(r-M,l Washington, DC 20555

Dear Mr. Kaltman:

This letter provides the information regarding potential CRBRP onsite-generated solid waste that was omitted from my March 29 letter to you.

According to Stone and Webster, there could be about 17,000 pounds per day of onsite-generated solid waste during pbak construction. This waste will be hauled away for disposal by a private contractor to be selected later. Since the location of the disposal site is unknown, a definitive conclusion regarding its impact on area landfills cannot be reached. This information will be included in the next amendment to the ER.

Sincerely, s
