ERRATA SHEET FOR NRC STAFF'S BRIEF IN SUPPORT OF FIN 0iNGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW IN THE FORM OF A PROPOSED INITIAL DECISION The NRC brief and proposed findings filed on March 29, 1982, should be corrected as follows:

1.

In the second sentence of the first full paragraph on page 3, the words "and subjects" should be deleted.

2.

On the fourth line of page 7, there should be a parenthesis inserted between the "2" and the comma.

3.

On the fifth line from the bottom of page 7, the word

" testimony" should be changed to read " history".

4.

On the fifth line of page 8, the word "than" should be changed to read "that".

5.

The citation at end of the paragraph on page 11 should be changed to read "(45 Fed. Reg. 82713 (December 16,1980))".

6.

In the third full sentence on page 22, an "s" should be added to the word " relate".

7.

On the fifth line of page 35, the word "the" should be inserted between the words "of emergency".

The NRC Staff has examined Applicant's provisions for protective response of onsite individuals and its capability to recommend protective actions to offsite authorities, and hn tietermined that they conform to the criteria of NUREG-0654, II.J. amd meet the requiremants of 10 CFR 550.47(b)(10) and Appendix E. IV. D & E of 10 CFR Part 50.

23. The text on page 140 beginning with the words " Based upon..."

and ending with the words " Licensing Board" at end of the paragraph numbered "(3)" on page 141 should be inserted in the section entitled

" Conclusions of Law" beginning on page 33 of NRC Staff's Proposed Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law.

24. The word "onsite" should be changed to read "offsite" in the heading of Section C on page 15 of NRC Staff's Proposed Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law.
