m In our Memorandum and Order ruling on petitions to intervene and is-sued April 2,1982, we stated with reference to the petition of UCS/NYPIRG that we had received an unsigned affidavit of Elizabeth Czoniczer author-izing UCS to represent her in this proceeding.

On April 2, after that Order had been prepared for release, we received a copy of the signed affi-davit of Ms. Czoniczer which 'had been executed on March 30, 1982.
