Dear Mr. Perry:
By Memorandum and Order dated March 10,1982(enclosed),theLicensing Board in the Indian Point proceeding, inter alia, directed the Staff to obtain and serve on the parties to the proceeding a list of the documents FEMA agreed by the February 25, 1982 stipulation (enclosed) to preserve.
The Board stated:
