This is in response to the Licensing Board's Memorandum and Order (Concerning Confidential Information) dated flarch 25, 1982. The NRC Staff does not intend to respond to question number one as posed by the Board, since the party that is best able to address how the public re-lease of test result information could be useful to their competition is Westinghouse. The Staff will respond to question number two in its brief to be filed on April 8,1982.
